Hotaruika-Firefly Squid / ホタルイカ

Here are some photos of his 1/1 hotaruika model called “Firefly Squid bioluminescent-communication module.” He will attempt to talk to a squid using this module via “call and response.” More soon.

Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History (Invertebrate Zoology, Cephalopod)

What an incredible experience to see their cephalopod collection which dates all the way back to the first ocean expedition in 19th century. Here are some samples.
