Painting Zombies is a painting exhibition organized as a collaborative project between p-factory and Attack Ebisu.  In this exhibition we will be featuring more than twenty contemporary painters from various geographical locations that present unique and innovative directions in the practice of painting as a newly resurrected mode of expression within theoretical and conceptual discourses in Contemporary Art.  Through congregating diverse ideas and methodologies into a singular and cohesive whole, we are hoping to create a platform that exponentially discloses and expands future possibilities in an ever-changing creative endeavor.  Through actualizing these objectives we also hope to nurture the growing academic and creative communities around the University of Minnesota by providing points of departure for dynamic and fruitful discourses.
